MY CERTIFICATE
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! And now for a bit of excitement for me…I just uploaded my novel to NaNoWriMo, and entered the winning circle! Yay!
I actually was dreaming about uploading the novel last night, except in the dream, there were glitches and problems and untold disasters as I struggled to accomplish this technological task.
When I actually uploaded it, I didn’t think that the whole thing had been pasted in the validator, so I was a bit hesitant to click “submit.” But then, within seconds, the words “Congratulations, you’re a winner” appeared. That was it!
Anticlimactic? Well, in a way, but in a good way. And then there were goodies, like certificates and badges and discounts to come.
For today, I’m spotlighting my winner’s certificate here, and I’ll be pasting badges all over the blogosphere…
I’m cheering for those of you out there who haven’t yet entered your novels…I know you can do it!
I think this is seriously fantastic. I am so thankful I did sign up. I’ve learned so much these last couple plus weeks. What a rush.
So what are your writing plans for December?
Yes, I need those challenges…so I’m either going to go back and start rewrites on the WIP I had been working on during the other challenges; or I’m going to start editing this one.

Hurray! Congrats on finishing! This was my first year and I was sick at the beginning of November and got so far behind, that I really didn’t think I’d catch up, but – Thank goodness for the Thanksgiving holiday – I somehow managed it!
